Madwire® Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Notice

Last Updated on April 7, 2026. This Do Not Sell of Share My Personal Information Notice is effective immediately.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page is provided by Madwire, LLC d/b/a Marketing 360® ("Madwire," "we," "us," or "our") pursuant to various state privacy laws including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").

Your Right to Opt Out

The CCPA/CPRA gives California residents the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing their personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, "sharing" includes disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, even when no money changes hands.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. However, we do share certain personal information — specifically internet and network activity data (such as cookie identifiers and browsing behavior) and inferences drawn from that data — with third-party advertising partners such as Google and Meta for purposes of delivering interest-based advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time.

How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

You may submit an opt-out request using any of the following methods:

Online Form: See below.

Email: Send your request to privacy@madwire.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — Opt-Out Request." Please include your full name, email address associated with your account (if applicable), and any other information that helps us identify you in our systems.

Phone: Call us at 855-773-8171 and ask to speak with our Data Privacy Office.

Postal Mail: Madwire, LLC Attn: Data Privacy Office 3420 E. Harmony Rd. Suite #125 Fort Collins, CO 80528

We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. We will confirm completion of your opt-out by the method you used to contact us. Once processed, we will not sell or share your personal information unless you subsequently provide express authorization.

What Happens After You Opt Out

After your opt-out is processed, we will stop sharing your personal information with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Please note the following:

We may continue to use your personal information for other purposes described in our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice, such as to provide services you have requested, manage your account, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

We may still display non-personalized advertising that is not based on your personal information or behavioral profile.

Some third-party tools and tracking technologies operate independently. To further limit data collection at the browser or device level, you may also wish to adjust your browser's cookie settings, use a browser with Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, or visit opt-out tools such as the NAI Opt-Out Tool and DAA Opt-Out Tool.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device transmits a GPC signal when you visit our Websites, we will treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser or device. Note that GPC signals are browser- and device-specific; if you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to enable GPC on each one.

Re-Opting In

If you have previously opted out and wish to authorize the sale or sharing of your personal information again, you may contact us at privacy@madwire.com. We will not ask you to opt back in as a condition of using our services.

Non-Discrimination

Exercising your opt-out right will not result in any denial of goods or services, different pricing, or a different level or quality of service. We will not discriminate against you in any way for submitting an opt-out request.

Other California Privacy Rights

Opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information is one of several rights available to you under the CCPA/CPRA.
